Investigated how prospective members find membership information, then used card sorting and tree testing findings to inform navigation and a coded redesign.

A self-initiated synthesis of published research proposed design priorities for AI-assisted banking: explain actions, provide review steps, and preserve user control. These recommendations came from secondary research, not participant testing. The case study does not document implementation or measured business outcomes.
